Call our office and leave a voicemail; we will return your call as soon as staff are available. It is faster to send the request through the Patient Portal. You can choose in person or virtual (telehealth) visit . Note: Virtual visits will require you to have a smartphone, tablet, or computer available to connect.
24 Hours a Day Phone Access to a Physician
After hours our phone system will let you transfer a call directly to our physician’s cell phone(s). Please only call them after hours for urgent matters. If you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy and ask them to send us the request.

Is this an Emergency? Call 911!
In the case of an emergency please call 911. We are not an emergency clinic. We do have one physicians on-call 24/7. If you are having trouble breathing or suffering a life-threatening event call 911 or go to the emergency room if appropriate. Our after-hour services are not for life-threatening situations.

Directions:
Travel on US Hwy 63 and leave at the Broadway/Route WW exit. Go west on Broadway, past the malls on the right, and turn left (south) into the parking lot opposite Stephens Lake Park. (Clovers Market and Hong Kong Market are in the strip mall there). Our building is the office building in the corner closest to Highway 63 and to Broadway. The best access is to drive around the building to the east, closest to highway 63 and Hinkson Creak, and parkt down on the lower level. Enter through the door closest to Broadway, and Suite 108 is the first suite on your right.
